National diabetes inpatient audit 2011 findings
The national diabetes inpatient audit (NaDIA) revealed that in terms of patient satisfaction 22.4% of inpatients respondents reported that they had definitely been involved in the design of their care plan whilst 49.2% stated that they did not have a care plan but would have liked one.
