Self-management of diabetes in Hospital
These guidelines commissioned by the Joint British Diabetes Societies for Inpatient Care Group in collaboration with NHS Diabetes aim to improve the safety of the in hospital management of diabetes by allowing patients to self-manage their diabetes in hospital.
